Spent a few hours tonight preparing three rabbits for a 12 hour marinade for a dinner party tomorrow night. I took some shots of the bunnies mid-butcher, but wasn’t very happy with them. I really want to somehow capture raw meat without it looking like a CSI episode. I did learn a few things tonight, so I’m not giving up on the idea.
